What is Aquarium Technique?

How to Plan an Aquarium Technique?

STEP 1: Planning the event: The participants are invited, the event is announced, the program is prepared and the necessary venue is prepared.

STEP 2: On the day of the event: 4-8 chairs are placed in the middle and the people sitting here start the conversation with a facilitator.

STEP 3: The remaining chairs are placed around it and the rest of the group sits on these chairs.
