What is the Delphi Method?
Delphi method is a decision-making process consisting of many series of questionnaires. It is a process that progresses with feedback and people's interaction with each other.

How to Plan Delphi?
STEP 1: The subject of Delphi is determined and the organization team is formed.
STEP 2: Experts in the field and relevant participants are determined.
STEP 3: The first survey phase of Delphi is prepared
STEP 4: The questionnaire is rechecked to remove any uncertainties.
STEP 5: Initial questions are given to the participants.
STEP 6: The answers of the first questionnaires are analyzed
STEP 7: In the second round, the questionnaires are prepared: At this stage, the answers to the previous questionnaires are discussed. Participants explain why they gave that answer, they see the answers of the others. (Here it is important that participants remain anonymous)
STEP 8: Second round surveys are given to the participants
Provide previous survey answers to respondents as well
STEP 9: The second round questions are analyzed. (Steps 7 and 9 can be continued until the satisfactory result is achieved)
STEP 10: A final report is prepared from the analysis.
