How to Plan an Idea Market?

STEP 1: Determining the venue and time of the event, informing the participants and determining the exact participants

STEP 2: Participants prepare their ideas: If the organizing institution has a certain format, it should be followed. Before the event, participants should have everything ready. Authorized persons should be appointed to control this.

STEP 3: The event is accomplished by explaining the market rules and procedure. Citizens or NGOs present their ideas at their own booth in the market

STEP 4: City or city council members walk around as if shopping, reviewing ideas and talking to vendors

STEP 5: When there is agreement between the council member and the vendor, they sign an agreement that they will jointly prepare a proposal or plan

STEP 6: After the event, council members are given 1 to 3 weeks to turn their ideas into a concrete proposal. They then submit it to the vote of the other members at the council's budget negotiations.
