How to Plan a Social Innovation Lab?

STEP 1: Setting up the team and planning the process

 

STEP 2: Research and preparation: The subject is determined, researches are done.

 

STEP 3: Conducting the first workshops: Participants try to understand the subject in depth and identify the problems and make comments on them.

 

STEP 4: Continuing the workshops: Innovative solutions, methods and tools are explored to develop and improve the existing system.

 

STEP 5: Prototyping: A system design is made in which ideas are simulated. An action plan and timeline are created.

 

STEP 6: The prepared models are tested, their deficiencies are completed and they are made ready for publication.
