How to Schedule an Expert Panel?

STEP 1: Defining the project: The purpose, scope and boundaries of the project are determined.

STEP 2:  Identification of panel members and support team: It is important at this stage to provide the necessary expert knowledge during the panel process and to balance the views against each other.

STEP 3:  Receiving opinions on the determined subject: Panel titles are examined and the opinions given on the subject are turned into a report.

STEP 4: Presenting the prepared report: The outputs of the report prepared with the meticulousness of scientific articles are shared with the public.

If deemed necessary, the panel can also be held open to the public.
